We have developed a Buyers Cash Credit which we offer to help you cover some of your Loan Closing Costs. This is Cash Money that is applied from our commission to You at the close of escrow.

Here is how our Buyers Cash Credit Works:
IF YOU BUY EITHER: (1) ONE OF OUR LISTED PROPERTIES OR (2) A PROPERTY LISTED BY ANOTHER REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE we agree in writing to pay part of your loan closing costs.
This Cash Credit will reduce what you pay the lender in loan closing costs at the close of escrow on your home purchase. This Cash Credit varies based on the sales price of the home purchased. The Cash Credit starts at $500 and goes up to $1500.
